Ira Bibbero

Ira Bibbero received his J.D. from University of California Los Angeles School of Law in 2001 and served for one year as an appellate court attorney for Court of Appeal Justice Norman Epstein. Ira then worked his way up from associate to partner at a mid-sized Los Angeles law firm, handling business litigation, Indian law, and other matters in federal and state trial and appellate courts, until he and left to start his own practice at the end of 2019. Ira was the attorney principally involved in multiple appellate published reversals – cases that advance the law of California – including Steinman v. Malamed (2010) 185 Cal.App.4th 1550, Best Friends Animal Society v. Macerich Westside Pavilion Property LLC (2011) 193 Cal.App.4th 168, Yavapai-Apache Nation v. Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel (2011) 201 Cal.App.4th 190, and Lugo v. Pixior, LLC (2024) 101 Cal.App.5th 511.

Before practicing law, Ira earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University in the 1980s and worked as a software engineer almost two decades. He enjoys a spending time with his wife and dogs when he is not in court.
