Nathan J. Martin

Nathan J. Martin practices commercial and civil litigation, including cases involving construction defects and disruptions, general contractual disputes, and UCC transactions and litigation. Mr. Martin’s practice also focuses on real property litigation and transactions, along with the formation and maintenance of all types of business entities. Mr. Martin’s practice areas have allowed him to work in both State and Federal venues.

Mr. Martin is a 5th generation Central Valley native with strong ties to the Valley’s agriculture and local businesses. Starting when he was eleven years old, Mr. Martin worked for his family’s boutique farming operation based out of Dinuba, which allowed him to travel to San Francisco where he worked at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. Later, Mr. Martin began working in the restaurant industry, where he worked for over a decade, in conjunction with his family’s boutique farming operation.

  • Mr. Martin serves as a director for the Fresno Philharmonic and has previously served as a director for the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association.
